Traditionally, Kolsch is a pale yellow beer. Red Sky Amber Kolsch adds a touch of caramel malt for a beautiful orange-red color. The caramel notes play well off the fruity pear and apples flavors produced by the traditional Kolsch yeast. Hallertau hops add a flowery and refreshing finish.

An interesting combination with the addition of the caramel. Clear orange to amber color with a faint head and really nice lacing. Malt compliments the floral character well. Lightly sweet with a sweet finish.
