This is our collaboration between Fat Rice restaurant and Marz using the flavors of cuisine from Macao to create a beer to pair with the food of this James Beard Award winning spot. The toasted corn tea is used as a replacement to corn that is typically used in American Lagers. The berries mingle with the light hopping for a unique bitterness and fruit character. And there is refreshing dry finish to go with spicy food

Pours hazy solar yellow with a thick and frothy snow-white head. Aroma starts with pleasantly dank fruit, and adds fresh malt and - is that a hint of corn tea? as you zero in. Flavor offers fresh malt, pomme and a bit of tropical fruit, dank and woody hops. Texture yields fair body, peppy fizz, and a zesty malt and fruit finish. Drag-on your butt to your favorite watering hole or package store and get some.
