An inviting, 5% abv ale that we call a 4-grain breakfast beer. It was modeled after a bowl of cereal. It’s made with barley, wheat, oats and rye, and is finished with local honey and milk sugar. We ferment this beer very dry and add the milk sugar to create a delicate and unique sweetness. The large quantities of honey and specialty grains enable this low-alcohol refresher to provide a unique taste that’s like a sunrise in your mouth

Comes out of the tap a hazy, barely translucent honey golden with a thick golden light tan head. Malty aroma has a rather floral overtone and a yeasty note. Flavor’s wheaty core supports yeasty, hay and subtle floral notes. Mouthfeel is quite firm and quite fizzy. Good any time of day - because it’s daybreak somewhere on the planet.

First beer from this new company.. Day Break is billed as a breakfast beer modeled after a bowl of cereal. Aromas of honey, wheat, some nuts, and i can smell the sweetness from the milk, and a touch of booze, not too bad. Body is a orange/ yellow body, kinda hazy the cap reduced down and is leaving some spotty lace. Flavors of malts, nuts, cereal, the sweetness nor the honey really come through. Overall its a nice enough sipper, yeah i would try it again.
