here's a pretty nice, dark, malty and well balanced winter ale. very light on the spices, nutty and slightly malt heavy - nice on a cold night. mahogony in color. 1st beer from this brewer is pretty nice.

Dark amber color, medium head. Rich roasted malts, slightly hoppy. Rich and full bodied. Smooth taste. Nice flavor. Good hop/malt balance. Mouthfeel is round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is malty, slightly bitter
