Discover the beers of the Sisters of Maredret Abbey, a range brewed with spelt and plants, inspired by Saint Hildegard of Bingen. Spelt provides floral, nutty and slightly bitter notes and supports the strong, spiced flavour of the Triplus while providing a subtle acidity. The use of plants in Triplus, including coriander and sage, gives it a unique taste. Maredret Triplus has a pleasant spring fragrance with citrus notes and a slightly woody finish. Triplus is also characterised by strong aromas of spices, from sage to galangal and laurel.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 8%. Slightly hazy pale golden colour, moderate white head. Sweetish aroma of Belgian ale yeast, white kandij sugar syrup and canned yellow fruits. Fizzy mouthfeel. The medium sweet flavour has the same elements as the aroma, also some spicy notes from the yeast and herbal hops, and the added coriander, sage and bay laurel leaves.
