Black Mac is a dark malt ale which is brewed to give an excellent balance to the palate. The characteristic aromatics and flavour being derived from the inclusion of dark malts. Black Mac has a good head, is full bodied, and contains sufficient sweetness to compliment the hop bitterness. Brewed using choice Motueka hops and quality barley. Black Mac contains no added chemicals, preservatives or colouring.
