Rated right at the Longwood Brew Pub. Starting with a creamy, ivory head on top of a beautiful dark red body, served quite nicely in a tall glass, at a temperature of only "cool" - all the better to enjoy the taste. The aroma was that of light malting, and the taste was of roasted/toaster malt along with a slight undertone of coffee. Smooooth mouthfeel, neither thick nor watery, and a delicate finish.
