Neon is our summer seasonal collaboration project with LOWA to raise money to help protect and maintain the lake. We created a light-bodied, clean and crisp ale intended to be enjoyed in the hot summer months. Grapefruit puree added during fermentation adds a bright and tangy zip that amplifies light floral and citrusy notes of hops on the finish

Pours slightly hazy yellow with a fair ivory head. Aroma features tart and sweet grapefruit (yes, sweet grapefruit!), fresh malt and a bit of lemon. Flavor offers zesty grapefruit, tart and sweet, plus fresh malt and a lemon hint. Texture supplies nice body and lively fizz. Grapefruit neon - kewl.
