We threw chocolate cake from Butter & Cream directly into the mash with this brew. We then conditioned this beer with cocoa nibs, Ugandan and Madagascar vanilla beans, followed by EVEN MORE chocolate cake (while the beer itself did not contain lactose, the cakes that were used contain dairy)

Pours coffee sable with a thick chocolate head. Aroma features roast malt, sweet chocolate and coffee. Flavor supplies decadent chocolate, vanilla, roast malt, coffee. Texture yields heavy body and peppy fizz. No illusions here, just a great beer!
