As an homage to the days of a homebrewer in my garage using smaller barrels, I would like to introduce a new Barrel-Aged stout to some of you. We placed this imperial stout to rest in a small format maple bourbon barrel before adding even more maple to it and conditioning it on coffee

Pours coffee with a thin tan head. Aroma features quality coffee, roast malt, a bourbon hint. Flavor adds quality coffee, roast malt, chocolate, bourbon. Texture gives good body and peppy fizz. Face the Horned Viper.
