Brewed with our friends at Mostra Coffee this imperial milk stout was inspired by the traditional Vietnamese coffee beverage, "Cà PHe Dä". We used Mostra Coffee's Vietnamese Lotus beans, as well as Saigon cinnamon and Tahitian Vanilla beans. Aged 14 months in Old Pepper Rye barrels

Pours coffee brown with a fair tan head. Aroma contributes chocolate, roast malt, bourbon and spice. Flavor has decadent chocolate, cinnamon and roast malt notes with a woody hint. Texture provides firm body, lively fizz. Ven are you going to try it?
