    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

500 ml capped bottle. Poured in an English tulip pint glass a gushing and unfiltered strong hazy, close to opaque, pale amber coloured A A with a generous one finger light beige, dense and creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Some lacing. Some floating sediments. The aroma is yeasty, grassy and aromatic hops, caramel malts and fruity, oranges. The flavour is strong yeasty, sweety malts, aciditic fruits, oranges, citrus, apples and spicy, coriander, cinnamom. The mouthfeel is round, yeasty and light bitter. The texture is watery. This light bodied A A has a dry yeasty and malty finish. A nice and flavourful receipt, but it needs yet some technological improvement. The yeast can't play, alone, the permanent main role.
