Cette bière sure, on l'a brassée pour qu'elle soit rafraîchissante. Avec un coté acidulé et un brin de céréales, c'est notre interprétation hochelagaise du style Berliner Weisse. L'excuse parfaite pour rattraper le temps perdu avec un vieil ami croisé sur le coin d'rue.

Can like the pic I took up here. Pours a hazy light golden-yellow with a fizzy head that disappears quickly with no lacing. Smells like a blonde base beer at first, as the sourness is mild, but then it becomes stronger. Reminds me of coriander, as in green grass with a sour touch. The taste is a little sourness at first, but the finish is pretty quick and yeast tart lingers. Citrus notes as it looks like lemonade at last pour. Almost flat and all, not my thing.
