Bottled October 23, 2017 (rated May 2018). Pours a hazy golden-amber with very tiny particles. The head is bubbly, quite small with not much retention, lacing. Brett slight earthy aromas with sourness, lots of raisins notes, sugars, caramel and Belgian Ale yeast. The taste has the raisins as well, but not too rich, with a touch of earth and sourness. Alcohol is quite well-hidden, so goes down easily. If I did not know this was 10.9%, I would think it is a light brew. Does not look like a great beer, but it is surprising in the end.
