Bottled November 8, 2017 and enjoyed May 2018. Pours a hazy golden colour with lots of sediments, a creamy white head, long lasting and foaming the boarders. Brett aromas with the earthiness and sourness. A nice touch of grape sweetness is present as well. Flavours of Brett, but not too earthy, nor sour. Quite smooth actually, with the Tokaij grape wine notes. Very well-done and glad to try a second beer from this brewery with this Hungarian wine which I had not heard of. Tasty!
