750ml bottle that pours a hazy golden colour with a frothy white cap, good retention and foamy thick lacing. Aromas of Brett with the sourness, but mostly earthiness. Some lemon notes with hints of spices. The taste is also earthy, woody with a light touch of Pinot Noir. Nicely balanced dryness with the bitterness. The Brett does take over the witbier aspect, but overall is a nice brew.
