Leidsch Blond is a fresh fruity topfermented beer. Brewed with the best ingredients: barley, caramalts, wheat, munich, Hallertau and Saaz-hop. The label shows a painting by Jan Steen who lived in Leiden (1626-1679) and who’s of course a world famous painter. Less known are his activities as a brewer like his father was.

Bottled (thanks jbrus!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, some alcohol, mild caramel and some slight notes of alcohol. Flavour is actually quuite much the same. Clean, but not too exciting.
