This bright golden Pilsner is the envy of many. Its Saaz hops, balanced by rich maltiness give our Serpens a smooth body with a bite of bitterness. Envy is the 6th of 7 deadly sins. “Beware, my lord, of envy. 'Tis the green-eyed serpent that doth mock the meat it feeds on”

Slightly unfiltered golden colour with a frothy-bubbly white cap, decent stay and some nice creamy-bubbly lacing. Cereal grain aromas with well-balanced hops that come mix well with hints of bubblegum. The taste shows the pilsner side with the cereal notes and the mild spicy Saaz hops. The hoppiness does linger with some nice dryness. A pretty good Pils brew.
