A close play that happens so fast you might miss it – or have to take a second look. Bang-Bang is a refreshing sour that pops with freshly sliced lemon, papaya, sour candy, tangerine and hints of pineapple from the Citra, Simcoe and Cascade dry hop. A fruity, tropical hop punch and crisp, tart finish make Bang-Bang the perfect refresher, worthy of a replay.

A fairly clean golden colour with a big white head, good retention and lots of foamy lacing. Dry-hopped nose with the drying grassy hops and some fruity aromas, hints of bubbly gum. The sourness really kicks in the taste. Puckering mouthfeel with a thin, dry finish. Tropical fruits, citrus peel and getting a little hazy as it pours. An interesting dry-hopped sour, but not one for everyone.

Small can from LCBO. Pours a fairly big foamy white head with some bubbly soapy lace and has a clear golden appearance. Lively carbonation. Aromas are mostly floral, herbal and grassy hops. Some light citrus and zesty hints. Flavours are citrusy, lemony, some mild yeast and herbal notes. Quite enough sourness on the palate and not overwhelming.
