Bière au reflet roux foncé à rouge rubis marquée de profonds arômes de caramel et de café soutenus d’un côté végétal houblonné. En bouche, ses saveurs confirment son parfum et s’accompagnent d’une amertume fraîche et souple.

Enjoyed at the brewpub on my October 2017 beer trip last year. On cask. Pours an amber colour with a decent head for cask. Aromas of caramel malts, fruitiness and even smoked malts. The taste is fruity from the malts with some good hops in the finish. A nice Irish Red ale that has some bite (bitterness).

Another well crafted beer made by André Trudel at "Le trou du diable".Poured a dark copper, small head and lacing.Malt aroma along some hops.Mouthfeel is quite comfortable and lightly carbonated it leaves all the room to the bitterness and alcohol.flavor of malt (caramel and coffee hint).A good beer to get if you pass by Shawinigan,Québec.
