Le Capitaine subit d’un bout à l’autre un traitement particulier : surissement à l’empâtage, houblonnage mitigé à l’ébullition, suivi d’une virulente attaque de Simcoe à cru. Le résultat : une blonde aux reflets verdoyants, au nez puissant de tarte citron-lime et d’herbes fraîches. La bouche est surette, à l’apparence d’un yaourt citronné infusé de fruits de la passion, le tout laissant place à une finale sèche et toute en fruits. Du grand rafraîchissement.

A very slight unfiltered golden colour with a creamy-frothy warm head, good retention and leaving creamy lacing. Aromas of sourness and cilantro leaves. Sour flavours with the coriander greens. Not a big fan of sours here, but this one really get me. Nice.
