Inspirée des Éloïmes, cette bière blonde cristalline dont l’eau provient en partie du Loch Ness exhale des parfums de fruits interdits, résultat d’un double houblonnage à cru. Le malt pilsner offre une forte présence maltée qui procure à ce divin liquide un équilibre comparable à un yéti sur un unicycle. Brassée en collaboration avec la légendaire formation québécoise Groovy Aardvark, cette bière lancée en entonnant la célèbre chanson en ce 3 avril 2015 se veut une ode à la crédulité dont les dirigeants de ce monde savent si bien faire usage. Pours a huge foamy bubbly head that dissipates to a thin layer and has a hazy light golden appearance. Lively carbonation. Lacing is abundant and sticky. Aromas are mainly floral hops and light citrusy notes. Flavours are citrus and floral hops, light piney and grassy notes. Slick and lightly bitter mouthfeel. Real easy to drink.
