    330 ml bottle bought at the brewpub. Poured in the original Le Brewery glass an unfiltered hazy dark brown-red colored ale with a one finger tan creamy foamy head that had an excellent retention. Intense carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is roasted malts, dark chocolate, floral hops. The flavour is roasted and caramel malts, burned coffee beans, at the end of the sip emerged the aromatic hops, hints of licorice. The balance is well done. The mouthfeel is creamy and very smooth. This medium bodied ale has a long roasty malty and hoppy bittter finish. Wha

    Bottled. Ambery brown colour, small beige head. Aroma is bigtime hops with some mild caramel and some grass. Mild cooked vegetables also. Flavour is malty, hoppy, earthy and yeasty. Some mild barnyard lurking in background.
