    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9

Pours a 2 finger mocha coloured head and has a pitch black appearance. Comes to a thin brownish layer. Somewhat weak lacing. Aromas of mild alcohol, light molasses, dark chocolate, vanilla and mocha. Flavours are mainly dark roasted malts, chocolates, coffee, spiced hops, hints of caramel, toffee and a bit of vanilla. Some very mild hints of alcohol and bourbon in the finish. Mild warming sensation. Slick and light watery mouthfeel. Lively carbonation. Full bodied. Overall, not too much alcohol in your face but still 9%, makes it easier to drink and enjoy. After one 750ml bottle though, quite enough. A little pricey but still worth trying at least once.
