750 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered opaque burgundy-brown coloured ale with half a finger tan foamy head that had a short retention and a lot of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is caramel malts and roasted tones. The flavour is sweety caramel malts, grainy, dried fruits, nuts and faint floral hops. The mouthfeel is quite sweety. This light to medium bodied ale has a dry malty finish. A pleasant ale from a tiny farm-brewery near Saint-Brieuc, in the Bretagne.
