A little on the tame side for an imperial stout, but still a solid brew. Love the style, like the beer. Licorice, malted chocoalte, roasted malt, just all in smaller quantity than the norm for the style. Easy drinking for a high abv beer, though. They should barrel THIS one :) Nitro. 2014-Funny. I didn't realize I'd had this before and as we're drinking the bottle I was wondering how this would be on nitro. Bigger chocolate and hops outta the bomber. 3.6 nitro tap...3.8-9 bottle. 7.8%, but the body is nice for a lighter IRS.
