    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

750 ml caged and corked bottle. Poured in the original Thomas Becket glass an unfiltered and cloudy reddish copper-amber coloured I A with a short two fingers fine, creamy and beige foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is toasted malts, bready and spicy, coriander. The flavour is toasted malts, honeyish, caramel, bready, dried fruits, nuts. The mouthfeel is light crispy, sweety and sticky. The texture is oily. This medium bodied I A has a dry malty and sticky finish. A decent brew from Burgundy.
