    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8

330 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered and hazy mid-brown coloured Tripel with a generous three fingers beige and dense pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. A lot of big floating sediments. The aroma is yeasty, intense toasted malts, caramel, fruity, riped apples and a marked alcoholic feeling. The flavour is yeasty, toasted malts, fruity, grainy apples and grainy pears and spicy, peppery. The mouthfeel is crispy, fresh and quite thick. This medium to full bodied Tripel has a long fruity finish. A pleasant Triple from les Pays de Loire.
