Neige éternelle is a “reserve” apple ice wine that strikes a graceful balance of the tart and the mellow. A product of cryoconcentration, Neige éternelle contains a blend of eight apple varieties. Aged and produced in oak casks, it exudes a rich and complex aroma of ripe fruit and vanilla.
