Had at the brewpub on my 2017 Quebec Beer Run. Pours a cloudy pink-red colour with not much head and minimal lacing. Sour cherry taste which is mild. Light fruity smell from the griotte fruit. Kind of like hints of cherries. Nice to try a regional fruit at this brewpub. Lacking the Witbier notes.
