The aroma is a mix of roasty grains, bitter chocolate and stone fruit. The flavor is rich with dark chocolate, coffee and dried fruit with a stiff hop backbone. The finish is thick and chewy, leaving your mouth bathed in roasty goodness. Food Pairings: Grilled steak or hearty beef stew, black bean chili, Bleu or gorgonzola cheese, stout floats with vanilla bean or coffee ice cream.
