Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

Poured a murky brownish red color with a thin ring of tan bubbles, no lacing on the glass. Aroma of wood, grapes, raisins, soy, red apple, and sweet caramel. Taste was near cloying, with the caramel and toffee sweetness, tart dried fruits, brown sugar vanilla, light bourbon, and a chewy mouthfeel.

Wish list cross off. Very sweet on the aroma and flavor, but the body is so smooth as to be bordering on ridiculous. I didn't get a vintage, but do remember this one coming in at a whopping 13.5%, with very little heat. Flavor and aroma of vanilla, caramel, toffee, fruit, brown sugar & bourbon. Little to no hop presence. Maybe some slightly roasted malts in there as well. A beautiful sipper. Deserving of the 100/100 on RB.
