Bottle bought in the brewery. Poured a clear pale gold colored beer with a great white creamy foamy head that had a good retention. Good carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is floral hops and fruits. The flavour is grassy hops, fruity an floral,violet, notes of straw. This medium bodied beer has a dry and hoppy finish. A nice refreshing Pils.

Fränken Bierausflug, Day#3, Brewery#10, Beer#21. Vom Faß at the brewery's taproom/restaurant. Poured a bright yellow-gold with a thin white head that rapidly disapated leaving no lace. Lightly carbonbated with a mild, grassy nose. Sharp, tart mouthfeel. Soft light malt and bold hop flavors, but lacks the desired complexity and interplay.

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is vegetable malts and saltwater along with some hops. Flavour is malts, some grass and mild saltwateryness. Biting carbonation. Refreshing.
