Almost identical to almost every other Kirin beer I’ve had. Not sure what the marketing shtick is with this. Less malt, so the brewery can use a tax loop-hole to make this cheaper? I’m sure it’s all explained on the can, but this Gaijin certainly doesn’t have a clue. Fairly dry front-end, a bit lacking in the middle, and perhaps a bit too dry in the finish. OK mouthfeel, and overall drinkability so-so. Nothing spectacular, one way or the other. Like many Japanese beers, probably better with food.
