We have brewing Aberdeen Ale since 2016, for our friends at Craft Beer Market in Ottawa. They asked us to produce a house ale that would honour a great part of Ottawa's history and also offer their customers a well balanced house ale option. We decided to can this beer as part of our 10th anniversary celebrations.

Pours a deep amber colour, clean with a frothy warm light-beige head, decent retention, leaving some thick foamy lacing. Aromas of burnt barley with the light smokiness, some fruity malts and a tad alcohol bite. Malty red ale flavours with mild apples, nuts, but nothing overly sweet as the hops cut the richness. Overall, a nice easy-drinking red ale.
