We were born in the back of a restaurant in the historic Kensington Market neighborhood inspired by the flavours of our home we brew beers designed to be enjoyed with food. Market Pils is an unfiltered and dry hopped lager with notes of barley, white grape, and lemon zest. It pairs best with soft-ripened cheeses and makes a great beer batter base.

Pours a light hazy golden colour with a nice frothy warm cap, good retention and foamy lacing. Aromas of grass and citrus fruits. The taste has the peel from these fruits giving a dry and slightly tarty mouthfeel. Not really a pilsner, but a pretty good brew overall. Quite zesty.
