Fränken Bierausflug, Day#4, Brewery#19, Beer#40. Vom Faß at the brewery, poured a bright yellow with a thin white head that deposited light lace. Nice fresh hoppy aroma; crisp, blunt, rough mouthfeel. Flavors of fresh grain, grass and hops. Finishes persistently dry.

This pilsner pours a light gold color from a 50cl bottle. Small sized white foamy head with decent retention. The aroma is grassy and hoppy. A medium to light bodied pilsner. The malts are grassy and with a touch of cereal. The hops are spicy and floral. Crisp and clean. Light and refreshing. Decent pilsner. There is a touch of a vitamin like taste at the finish. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is crisp and clean. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
