Big brother to our Mother’s Milk, Joe Mama’s starts with out Mother’s Milk recipe. We then add copious amounts of brown sugar to add body and increase the alcohol. After primary fermentation we then infuse a cold coffee extract from our friends down the street, Monkey Joe’s Roasting Company.

Pours nearly opaque coffee with a light tan head. Aroma delivers peppery, roast malt and molasses tones. Flavor echoes the aroma, peppery but not fiercely so - I’ve had beers that could turn your mouth into a set from "The Towering Inferno," but this ain’t one of them. Roast malt, molasses and chocolate round out the pleasing flavor. Body presents good firmness and fizz. Got milk?
