Our alternative for responsible people who enjoy beer, PROSTEL has an exceptionally refreshing tarty taste and is brewed as a bottom fermented beer. The original extract is about 7%. A special brewing technique and a certain fermentation process with our own teast cultures gives PROSTEL a palatable "beery" note. An aromatic rest-alcohol of 0.3%-0.4% alc. vol. is kept to round off the taste. A beer is considered "alcohol-free" if the alcohol per volume is 5% or less. That makes it so low that it has no traceable influence on the consumer.
