A cloudy amber-brown with a bubbly tan head that leaves a creamy trail down the glass. Aromas of sweet spiciness and faint alcohol. Medium-bodied with a tingly mouthfeel. Flavors of semi-sweet but tangy fruit, more apple than cherry although both are present, with some reserved spice and hidden alcohol. Finish is short and simple. This tastes a little raw and unfinished; more time in the keg may round this out somewhat.
