Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 9
Čepované, 500 ml, on tap at the Jihomětský Pivovar. Poured in a Czech beer mug a clear and golden-yellow coloured Bitter Ale with a rich one finger slightly beige, dense and pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is sweety malts and deep flowery hops. The flavour is sweety malts, flowery, violets, roses and, late emerging, a powerful flowery and grassy hops feeling. The mouthfeel is a velvet flowery bed and very smooth. The texture is oily. This light bodied Bitter Ale has a nice and lingering bitter finish. A well hoppied Bitter Ale from Prague Southtown. I like it!
