Medium strength, dry, golden ale brewed with our farmhouse yeast, and, as its name suggests, an abundance of noble, European hops. Thoroughly hoppy, yet elegant, dry, balanced, and drinkable.

Pours hazy dark apricot with a nice eggshell head. Aroma yields tart pomme, raw malt, a hint of hops. Flavor features fresh malt, tart pomme, and piney hops. Texture presents fair body and peppy fizz. If not noble, still noteworthy.

Yeasty, earthy, with a touch of grassy hops in the aroma and flavor, all were not that noticeable. This a light easily drinkable brew, easy to put down, just not big in the flavor department. 4-4-12 re-review tried a full pint on tap today @ opal devines in Austin, the aromas and flavors had a bit more presence to them. A bit more floral and yeasty notes, a rather nice brew. From a 3.4 to a 3.5
