500 ml capped bottle, as a 4.2 % ABV. Poured in an english tulip pint an unfiltered hazy dark amber-chesnut coloured Bitter with a generous one finger beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is mild fruits, moderate malty, may be a touch of caramel, light herbal hops. The flavour is light sweety malts, toffee notes and a moderate herbal and floral hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is soft, a bit thin even watery. This light bodied Bitter has a dry slight bitter finish. A soft and pleasant Ale from the Lake District in Scotland.

500 ml bottle, bought at Newcastle Intl Airport. ABV is 4.2%. Deep golden colour, large white head. Nice aroma of floral and herbal hops. Soft mouthfeel. The medium dry and refreshing flavour has some malts with hints of toffee and nuts, also some herbal hops, but the bitterness is quite moderate.

Casked. Dark copperish brown colour, beige foamy mediumsized head. Sweetish bitter fruity aroma. Smooth caramellish/fruity flavour with kind of dry finish. Some earthy hints too.
