This Stout is comprised with a little bit of everything – tones of chocolate & roasted malts along with hints of coffee & cream texture from oats. The medium hop bitterness supports the robust flavors which display the complex layers. Add mocha coffee & peppermint and it magnifies the roast & chocolate.

Comes out of the tap a deep coffee brown - not much head, but that was an artifact of the pour. Aroma has notes of roast malt, quality coffee and peppermint plus a hint of chocolate. Flavor has coffee, chocolate, peppermint and roast malt notes. Texture Is firm, a little grainy and fairly fizzy. Get some pep!
