The first of our employee brewed beers. An easy to drink pilsner that is crisp and slightly tart with a moderate yet refined hop nose. Aromatic maltiness with a hint of sweet but surprisingly dry and drinkable. An enjoyable linger of bitterness to compliment the mellow pilsner malt and hint of tart character.

Pours a clear, rather wan solar yellow with not much head. OK, maybe give it a break, this IS a pils. Aroma, though, is better - malty, fruity, firm if not strong, hint of hops. Flavor is quite satisfying - malty, hoppy, fruity and a little yeasty. Very satisfying! Texture has decent body and plenty of fizz. One tasty pils - maybe not worth prison time (Please don’t drink and drive!!!) but definitely worth seeking if you like pilsners.
