Last Request 2015 is the next step in our barrel aged Breakout series. We came into a small quantity of Heaven Hill barrels that offered up a great opportunity to age the last batch of stout we brewed in 2014. After a year of aging we blended it with a young batch of Breakout Stout. The results are fantastic!

Pours warm coffee brown with a thick and rather persistent tan head. Aroma presents tempting roast malt, coffee, woody, bourbon and nutty tones. Molasses, coffee, bourbon, roast malt, woody and nutty notes take that long walk across the palate. Mouthfeel features good fizz and body, if a bit thin for a stout. Request a bottle.
