一般的にベルギースタイルのホワイトエールは、コリアンダーとオレンジピールを使用して独特の風味付けを行うのでクセがあり苦手な方も少なくありませんが、伊勢角屋麦酒では「ベルジャン酵母で発酵させた白いエール」の定義はそのままに、コリアンダーを控えめに使用して程よいスパイシー感と柚子の皮の爽やかな風味で飲みやすく仕上げました。
