Heavily roasted black and chocolate malts are added to our Pale base malt to create a uniquely bitter and rich finish to our Stout. With a rich, coffee-like texture and a dry and smooth finish, it’s the perfect winter companion with any of our winter oyster dishes. And if that weren’t enough, it makes the perfect black and tan along with our Pale Ale.

Biggest head I have ever seen, pours all head then it ever so gradually raises exposing the black of the stout. Aroma is a very good and strong of roasts, coffee, and a little fruitiness. Color is not transparent but very thick and black. Taste is quite dry, with an exotic ending. Head tastes slightly metallic. Not bad.

billed to me as a stout with brett (i didn't like where this joke was going) .. . pours a dark tan, great foam .. . smells of roast and cherry skins .. . same flavour as the smell and effervescent as hell .. . ahhh infection, ha saw! .. . my cat drinks water out of the toilet, trust me- it doesn't taste all that refreshing...
