Trappist Monks have strived to perfect their brewing craft for centuries, dedicated to sustainability, self-reliance, and divine trust. By respecting the high standards set by Trappist Monks, we are proud to bring you a true Belgian-style Dubbel. Our Dubbel is a deep red/brown Abbey Ale that is a rich Trappist style dark ale. It is aromatic and malty with some residual sweetness and tartness and a low hop bitterness/aroma. This is a high gravity beer best sipped and enjoyed out of a chalice in the colder months.

Pours clear brown with a good buff head. Aroma delivers toasted malt, caramel, smoky and subtle hop notes. Flavor features toasted malt, caramel, spices, smoky and piney hop tones. Texture provides good body and lively fizz. Divine indeed.
