Tasted on tap at the Celebrator Anniversary Party on 2/14/2010. This Sharwzbier pours a dark black color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is roasty malt, chocolate and cereal. A medium bodied Sharwzbier. The malts are roasty and chocolate with a touch of cereal. The hops are earthy. Nice balance. Good carbonation. Nice dark lager. Good session beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
